Payment Methods

You can pay for your order either by our online credit card facility, direct bank transfer, or by cheque / money order.

Payment by Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Credit Card payments are processed through the eWAY & ANZ Secure Payment Gateways. We also protect the security of your credit card number during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. Please note that Suzie Q Pole Studio reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.

Payment by Direct Bank Transfer

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY

Once you complete the checkout process we will display our bank account details then you logon to your bank account or visit an ANZ bank and deposit the money into our account. If you are provided with space to enter a description for the transaction please enter your last name and order number. If you are with a bank other than ANZ, online transfers may take up to 2 days so please be prepared to wait that extra time for your items to be shipped. If payment has not been received within 5 business days your items will no longer be held for you. International bank transfers are also possible however a fee is often charged to do this, check with your bank first.

Payment by Cheque or Money Order

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY

We accept business cheques, personal cheques, bank cheques and money orders in Australian currency. After you place your order you will receive an email with your order details and the address to send your payment. Please print this email and include it with your payment. Your items will be held for 5 days, if your payment fails to arrive in that time they will be returned to stock. Australia Post money orders cost $2.50 and are available from any Australia Post outlet.

International Customers

For international orders credit card is the preferred payment, however we do accept the following;

INTERNATIONAL BANK DRAFTS
International Bank Drafts are available from all major banks worldwide. They are similar to money orders but are used for payments made outside the customers country. After you place your order you will receive an email with your order details and the address to send your payment. Please print this email and include it with your payment. Your Items will be held for 10 days, if your payment fails to arrive in that time they will be returned to the stock. All International Bank Drafts MUST be in Australian (AUD) currency, any other currencies will be ignored.
