Express Post is Australia Post‚Äôs economical next business day delivery service for letters, documents and parcels. Next business day delivery is guaranteed to all Australian street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network.

2. AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL PARCEL POST - ECONOMY SEA MAIL

This is the cheapest overseas delivery service for your parcels to destinations such as North America, the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Ideal when speed is not important. Items sent using Economy Sea Mail can take anywhere up to 20 days to deliver depending on your location.

How is the delivery cost calculated?

Suzie Q Pole Studio utilizes Australia Post‚Äôs real-time eDeliver Delivery Rate Calculator to generate the estimated delivery charges based on the delivery address and the total weight of your order. Our ordering system determines what delivery options are available for that address and allows the customer to choose which option best fits their requirements.

Returns

When choosing your size please choose carefully.
If the size you requested does not fit, then you must return the goods and a new size will be sent to you with an additional postage charge.
We do not refund on goods if you have simply changed your mind.
